Hey, I'm Cressida
But everyone calls me Cress.
I'm an energy healer, holistic skin alchemist, and the creator of SkinGlow Alchemy.
I work with women who are done with the noise – done bouncing between practitioners, protocols, and programs that never quite get to the root of it – and ready to finally trust themselves.
I've spent 20+ years and more certifications than I can count getting to the bottom of my own health crisis.
What I discovered changed everything: I healed myself (and my relationship with my body and skin) by removing the toxins in my environment – both physical and energetic.
Now I help other women do the same.
